For those that desire or by insurance require a simulator experience, we are now offering a sim module.

Initial Type Rating, Pilot in Command

The initial type rating adds either a CE-500, CE-510 or CE-525 type rating to a pilot’s existing certificate allowing the holder to act as pilot in command of those aircraft. Our 4 to 5 day course consists of a comprehensive ground school, flight training and check ride. Tasks to be demonstrated are defined in the ATP and Type Rating Practical Test Standards for multiengine airplanes.

Your Airline Transport Pilot certificate and in some cases your multiengine rating can be accomplished simultaneously if desired. Your pilot certificate will be reissued with the CE-500, CE-510 or CE-525 Type Rating.

Recurrent training, Pilot in Command

The recurrent Pilot in Command training course satisfies the annual recurrent training requirement dictated by 61.58(a). This course consists of a 2 day systems review and a PPE (pilot proficiency exam) flight check in the aircraft. Tasks to be demonstrated are the same as in the initial type rating course.

Initial Second in Command Type Rating

The initial Second in Command type rating adds either a CE-500 or CE-525 SIC type rating to a pilot’s existing certificate, allowing the holder to act as second in command of those aircraft. Our 2 day course consists of a comprehensive ground school satisfying 61.55(b)(1). The course also includes one flight in the aircraft performing tasks defined in 61.55(b)(2). Your pilot certificate will be reissued with the CE-500 or CE-525 Type Rating with a “Second in Command Privileges Only” limitation.

Recurrent training, Second in Command

The recurrent Second in Command training course satisfies the annual recurrent training requirement dictated by 61.55(b). Our 2 day course consists of a comprehensive ground school satisfying 61.55(b)(1). The course also includes one flight in the aircraft performing tasks defined in 61.55(b)(2). This course is identical to the initial Second in Command Type Rating course.

Online requirements

Before you start learning about airplane systems our school is offering, you need to make sure that your computer can play video formats.

Majority of Windows and Mac users are already able to play videos by default, while some Linux users may need to install video player on their computers. Our material can also be seen on tablets and phones.

You can access lectures directly by clicking on the E-Learning tab in the menu on the top (login required).
